Bond Lloyd was launched to provide a level of experience and expertise found within the large quantity surveying consultancies but at a reduced cost, resulting in better value for our clients. As a smaller company with a strong pedigree, we are lean and agile and offer a flexible service tailored to match our client’s needs.
We mainly work across Cornwall and Devon, and our staff have experience working on projects from £50,000 to £92 million pounds.

Mark's first job was as a Trainee QS, located in Yorkshire in 2001. He then moved to Cornwall in 2010 and has worked directly for national and international contractors, construction consultancies, and property developers.
Mark has over 20 years' experience within the construction industry, having worked on a diverse range of schemes in the leisure, healthcare, residential and public sectors across the South West, North West and Yorkshire. Examples of previous clients include the BBC, Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Devon and Cornwall Housing (Livewest), Cornwall Council, Manchester City Council and Leeds City Council.
Mark promotes a teamwork approach to managing and delivering projects and recognises the need for strong client, contractor and supply chain relationships to attain a successful project delivery.Mark provides an open and honest approach to construction with decision-making and problem-solving being areas of strength. He is experienced in identifying and achieving business level and project level objectives, whilst managing multi-disciplinary teams focused on delivery.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Harry started with Bond Lloyd in October 2020 following a career at sea as an Assistant Cook / Able Bodied Seaman within the Ministry of Defence, followed by on-site experience in the construction industry.
Harry has a practical working knowledge of timber frame erection, ICF (insulated concrete form) systems and substructure works. He has delivered challenging projects through his contract administration and project management skills including The Watering Hole Phase 2. Harry graduated from the University of Western England (UWE) in 2025 with a first-class BSc in Quantity Surveying. He is in the latter stages of his RICS APC and will become chartered in 2026.

Tim started at Bond Lloyd Consulting in August 2024, bringing along a broad range of skills to the team gained from his experience in high end residential joinery, global event production and as a small business owner within the hospitality industry.
Akin to both project planning and on-site delivery, Tim has been responsible for site planning, procurement, project budgets, scheduling, programming and site operations. Projects have included the Australian Open, Melbourne Grand Prix and numerous luxury dwellings in and around greater London area. With a keen interest in design and construction, Tim is now embarking on his path to become a Chartered Surveyor, combining his strong organisational skills with his interest in the built environment.
Outside the office Tim is a keen hiker, surfer and hockey player for Falmouth 1’s. He enjoys listening to a wide mix of eclectic music whilst making furniture in his garage. He is always interested in cultural gatherings alongside a hearty side of gourmet cuisine.

Trainee Quantity Surveyor
Cam is a Trainee Quantity Surveyor at Bond Lloyd Consulting, where he is building his knowledge and experience in cost planning, project analysis, and commercial management across a variety of construction projects. He has a keen interest in how effective cost control and detailed planning help deliver successful project outcomes. Cam is eager to continue developing his technical skills and understanding of the industry and is leading on the strategy to incorporate AI into our business.
Outside of work, Cam is a passionate football fan and plays regularly each week.
