Comprehensive refurbishment and part-demolition of an historic community building with strong heritage value, to create two high specification luxury modern homes.

Bond Lloyd have been employed in a dual role; initially providing preconstruction project management and quantity surveying services to the original development owner. The site was then sold to a local developer, who retained us to provide contract administration services.
