Project Cost Planning
We have in depth cost planning experience across a wide range of projects and provide accurate, in-depth cost advice at any stage of the project life cycle. We can produce preliminary cost plans based on planning drawings to give cost certainty at feasibility stage, through to detailed cost plans based on construction drawings for use in tenders. We use the latest RIB iTwo CostX software for estimating and take-offs coupled with quotations from the local market to produce our cost plans.
